I would also have liked to have seen Weechat 0.3.9 included in Quantal
but I guess it's too late now.
I've used Weechat 0.3.9 for over two months throughout its development
phase to release. Very stable.
May be for 13.04?

Well, it's rather obvious that updating to the new version gives access
to the new features. Can you please give a less generic reason as to why
this update is wanted? /What/ new features?
