Christopher, just tested with RC4. With this kernel the problem is
fixed.
Didn't know what to do with bug report. For now i've set it on
confirmed.
I'm going back to stable kernel 3.5 inless you have other tests to run
for me.

brightness settings are also solved with kernel 3.7, is there a
