thanx for the concern but guys i'm now heading to switch from mysql to
postgreSQL. Lets see what happened.
as well as mysqladmin problem then it's been already done by me... don't
remember what i've done at that time...thanx anyway for ur concern.

I can confirm this on Gutsy.
It's becuase the link is pointing to /usr/bin/mysql-administrator rather than
/usr/bin/mysql-admin

mysql-administrator:
