I am also getting the same bug. It usually happens when I attach the
second monitor after I have started Netbeans. The 2nd monitor is on the
left, and extended with the 1st monitor on the right. If I put Netbeans
on 2nd monitor, it works correctly. But if I move Netbeans to the first
monitor, the a
I am getting the same as BraD C's image. This only seems to happen with
Netbeans on the secondary monitor and the pop ups appearing on the main laptop
screen

Runtime: Java(TM) SE
This was happening to me today - both menus and autocomplete! And this
is Netbeans 8 on 14.04.
Is there no workaround, or at least a way to trick Netbeans into
thinking a certain screen is the default screen?
