Public bug reported:

When using libreoffice calc, it always autocompletes values in a column.
For example, if I begin a column with "2b", then in any other cell in
that column if I start typing "2" it will automatically try to complete
it to "2b".  Searching online suggests that there is supposed to be
toggle for this behavior in the  Tools>AutoCorrect Options menu.
