Ellwyn C., this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any
activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue? If
so, could you please test for this with the latest development release
of Ubuntu? ISO images are available from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com

I'm using 13.04, but had same problems with 12.10. I think 12.04 worked
well. No I'm using my VGA cable again, haha.

Have the same problem with Lenovo Thinkpad T430s with Intel HD4000. I
use the Lenovo's mini display port to attach a new Dell TFT display
(normal display port) on it.
