Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: network-manager

The issue I'm experiencing is weird. It does not happen on every boot, only
from time to time.
I boot the computer (the wire is plugged in before I turn on the computer), and
sometimes, network-manager doesn't find the wire. Because of this, I can't
connect to my VPN, since there's (according to network-manager) nothing to
connect.

I've also seen this bug in Edgy, but I had a lot of other problems I
tried to get fixed, so I didn't pay too much attention to this one
(sorry about that!).

** Affects: network-manager (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
