I confirm this bug. And it is not a duplicate of #1069255.
To reproduce:
1) Share the drive from Windows where your pagefile resides (ie c:)
2) Browse it and mount it with Thunar.
3) Try to list the contents of directory with Thunar, you will receive an error
that pagefile.sys resource busy. You

No, this is not a duplicate of bug #1069255. This is a problem related
to Thunar browsing deeply within the gvfs folder (which as of 12.10 is
at /run/user//gvfs). I see the same problem as John

This report is not a duplicate of bug #1069255. That one had to do with
the fact that the gvfs directory had moved. This one had to do with the
fact that, in its new location, it can't be opened.
