First, he lost randomly (?) the counts and vote: there are keeped one or
two days, after, he reset all. And I (and he) do(es) nothing else.
I run amarok, form feisty, in the chroot, and it's worked perfectly
before... (edgy/edgy). I never run it into 'feisty'.
And I'm on Amd64.

If you normally log into a feisty installation but sometimes run amarok
from inside an edgy chroot, then the votes, counts, collection, etc will
all not appear in the edgy chroot, and is therefore not a bug in amarok.
