apport-bug refuses to c
I get the same result when trying to file a bug against linux. And when
I tried to file a bug against apport.
I'm running xubuntu 12.10 from a live CD, so I don't see how the
packages could not be official Ubuntu.
In any case, the message is uninformative and unhelpful. It's very
discouraging.
