Public bug reported:
The Ubuntu Desktop Guide / Help suggests that Nautilus file manager can be
configured for 'Tree view defaults'.
Tree-view is gone from Nautilus so this section should be removed - it also
makes reference to a menubar i.e. View > Sidebar > Tree. There is no longer a
menu bar either. Much to my disappointment. For tree view users can install
Nemo.
