the problem seems to be in libgcrypt package. When I downgraded this
package to libgcrypt11=1.5.0-3 it started working fine. the precise
default package leads to crash.

Many applications which are using python-gnutls and gcrypt module were
effecting and getting crashed. For example I am trying to work with
Media Proxy and Openxcap server. Both the servers crashed because of
this issue. I am using Ubuntu Precise 12.04
