DeePeer implements a way to list all peers in a swarm, which is
implemented using dbus monitor that listens to RequestName method calls
from other processes. In recent versions of dbus, it doesn't allow
listening to method calls (or replies) from different processes, so this
no longer works. A different method should be used to find peers in a
swarm.
