That kernel from raring-proposed is wrongly identified as an upstream by
apport, so i report here the dmesg.log error:

  i8042: PNP: PS/2 Controller [PNP0303:PS2K] at 0x60,0x64 irq 1
 i8042: PNP: PS/2 appears to have AUX port disabled, if this is incorrect 
please boot with i8042.nopnp
 serio: i8042 KBD port at 0x60,0x64 irq 1
 mousedev: PS/2 mouse device common for all mice

The main issues about that error is with the mouse plugged on usb when:
- i play with aisleriot: moving card works for a while, then grabing become 
impossible most of the time
- more annoying: when i want to select a block of cells into calc, its become 
unusable
