oneconf python scripts need Python version-specific shebang
Actually, I recommend against making /usr/bin/python be Python 3, but
aside from that, now that the Python 3 port has landed in trunk, all
shebang lines should now usr /usr/bin/python3, so I'll mark this as fix
committed.
