Public bug reported: After system upgrade to "Feisty fawn", I'm not able to boot system.
Booting sequence halts on "Waiting for root file system" message for few (4 -5) minutes. After that, I receive another message: " Check root= bootarg cat /proc/cmdline or missing modules, devices: (...) ... ALERT /dev/disk/by/uuid/(...) does not exist. Dropping to a shell!" I tried to change fstab and change root argument in grub (/dev/hda3 - my root partition), but i received the same effects. I'm still able to boot using old kernel from "Edgy eft" branch. output from lspci: 00:00.0 Host bridge: VIA Technologies, Inc.
