webb-apps-applications is no longer included in any currently supported
release of Ubuntu. I'm closing this bug report with a status of
"Invalid" in order to tidy the list of outstanding '100 Papercuts'
issues.

Looking again seems that this is in fact the official webapp integration
for the Amazon Store, but the actual description is misleading and the
launchpad page is not helpfull at all.
