fixed as a result of other tooltip changes in the last couple of cycles.

I've never seen this on my box (Intel video), though I'm running the
unity 6.12 from Raring by now. But I might as well mark it confirmed
from seeing your screenshot.
I'm not sure if this will matter, but what's the video driver on the
affected system?
