Messages about ACPI are still there. Now I have 3.5.0-21 which is an Official supported kernel for 12.04 as for 12.10 as well. As I said above I didn't understand in which way the messages for ACPI- warnings affects me .. because the boot progress is OK and things I used to do working flawless.
