Well , I've just found a problem that might be related to ACPI Warning
messages.
When battery (on laptop) is critical low , the system is not going to
Hibernate state but shuts down immediately.
The results of this behavior are:
At next boot fsck try to recover journal (as fsck does when you shut
@Joseph , only messages in dmesg, I told that above , I have no problem
and I can boot normaly. See comments #27 , #29 .

Messages about ACPI are still there. Now I have 3.5.0-21 which is an
Official supported kernel for 12.04 as for 12.10 as well.
As I said above I didn't understand in which way the messages for ACPI-
warnings affects me .. because the boot progress is OK and things I
used to do working flawless.
I have reinstalled Ubuntu 12.10 (new SSD) and it works with 3.5.0-21-generic,
the bug isn't affecting me anymore,

Just to clear out things ,
I have to add here something important , I can boot normally without any
serious problems.
Searched the "Launchpad Bug reports" for the dmesg weird messages and
