To avoid the situation described in
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/thunderbird/+bug/1082062 I pinned
thunderbird to version 16.
Because thunderbird is only a recommendation and not a dependency
xul-ext-lightning is still upgraded.
Afterwards the calendar is not usable :-/
