It seems this is a recurring issue, see #855199 and #993425. The problem is that the irqfixup code gets broken. There is of course an underlying problem of spurious interrupts but booting with the irqpoll option should handle this. It worked for awhile but seem to have reoccured from at least

I sent apport-collect report after this bug occurred(directly after system started) Then I installed recommended kernel Linux E6410 3.7.0-030700rc6-generic #201211162135 SMP Sat Nov 17 02:36:34 UTC 2012 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux and rebooted. After reboot it seems to work ok but as I wrote
