Was also just hit by this one when installing Lubuntu. I was lucky
enough to have another computer hooked up to the internet handy. Not
everyone will be so fortunate.

This issue is still present in raring 13.04 beta. Its plain silly I need
to look up the internet on another computer to figure this out in the
middle of an install!
