I try to use 'backportpackage' and run in the problem that dput isn't installed.
After installing dput backport works :-)
Successfully signed dsc and changes files
Please check tomcat7 7.0.30-0ubuntu1~precise1~ppa1 in
file:///tmp/backportpackage-5a4v92 carefully!
