No I don't have this problem on my system and libbluetooth1 is not
installed either..
Are you sure you don't have another version of btsco installed on your
system (ie in /usr/local)?

I purged bluez-btsco and libbluetooth2 and everything else related to
bluetooth, then reinstalle
I've just tested and I don't have this problem.
what says
dpkg -l bluez-btsco , could you try to reinstall the package
