I have a similar problem that has existed on Kubuntu 13.04 with usb-
creator-kde. The version is 0.2.40ubuntu1 and the error when I use the
menu and select Start DIsk Creator is:
An unhandled exception occurred: 'str' object has no attribute 'left'.
