found the bug and solved: my ethernet connection was in automatic mode for IPV6.
My ISP is full IPV6 but IPV6 is not available in my office.
Setting to Ignore solve the issue

to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest
v3.7 kernel[0] (Not a kernel in the daily directory) and install both
