Bug solved, circular conflict was due to not well installed PPA.
For replacing a xserver-xorg-video-intel from Ubuntu by one from PPA, Stefan
Glasenhardt told me to do:
sudo apt-get -o Dpkg::Options::="--force-overwrite" dist-upgrade
instead of sudo apt-get upgrade.
It worked.

More info: Ubuntu Precise 12.04 LTS with intel graphics. Old PC Compaq
CQ70. No problem in Lucid 10.04 LTS.
libdrm-dev depends of (things that are removed) - we don't want them :

Hello, I have the opposite problem: libdrm-nouveau1a(most recent)
refuses to replace libdrm-nouveau2(old)
libdrm-nouveau2 sera désinstallé ainsi que ses fichiers de configuration
libgl1-mesa-dri-lts-quantal sera désinstallé
libxatracker1-lts-quantal sera désinstallé
ubuntu-desktop sera désinstallé
The libdrm you installed from a ppa erroneously provides
libdrm_nouveau.so.2.0.0 inside libdrm-nouveau1a, purge the ppa and it
should work correctly..

Bugs,
when the update manager work to actualize ubuntu10.04 to ubuntu 12.04, it can
not be installed the actualization. It show " libdrm-nouvea1a:i386 conflicts
with libdrm-nouveau1:i386" and "gvfs-libs:i386 conflicts with
libgvfscommon0:i386"
the actualization did not occurs.
