Steps to reproduce
- Start scilab
- Go to Toolboxes / sivp
--> The load error happens here 

4) Demo is failed with following error

Startup execution:
  loading initial environment
 SIVP - Scilab Image and Video Processing Toolbox
        Load macros
        Load gateways
