Binary package hint: gnome-panel

If Firefox crash (or if system is reboot and Firefox is restaured) and
is beeing restaured at last session, it happens that the menu bar is
beeing hidden by the application gnome bar at the top. I've observed
this when starting applications that start in full extended mode too,
but most of the time Firefox.
