i just tasted the 3.8 kernel but it not works at all. it boots but the unity
desktop is useless, i cant click on any icon, so i cant test the s-video at all!
i want to test the kernel 2.6.34 from lucid, is it possible?
just to say that on saturday and sunday the s-video worked quite well, but
ye
thanx for your tip, but i will try it later because it is my only instalation
and i dont want to mess it.
for now, i will try to add in KMS file a line to force my s-video. i need some
further research.
pretty strange, in this morning, the s-video does not work, last night it
worked quite well
Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer
to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest
v3.8 kernel[0] (Not a kernel in the daily directory) and install both
the linux-image and linux-image-extra .deb packages.
