Public bug reported:
On a 10.04 server install, after following the documentation at
https://help.ubuntu.com/10.04/serverguide/automatic-updates.html, automatic
security updates didn't work as expected.
Also, the file /etc/cron.daily/apt to which the doc refers, doesn't exist.
On a 12.04 system it worked.
