Trying to install 13.04, my keyboard input stopped working at the screen
where you have to enter your personal information. It worked before and
I do not see any reason why it stopped working.

Opening the onscreen keyboard, I noticed it also did not work. However, when I 
pressed the Capslock key on the actual keyboard the onscreen keyboard displayed 
the keystroke.
It was also possible to switch to any other TTY using Atl-Ctrl-F*, and the 
keyboard would work there.

Unfortuntaly the LiveCD does not work properly on my system, as no window 
borders etc are displayed, so I can not attach all details to this report. I 
will try to do so later, if required.
