This bug is closed upstream. Also, this refers to a very old version of Amarok (1.4.5) which is not maintained anymore, so I close this bug for now. As explained in the upstream bug comments, this is not an Amarok bug but inherent to the mp3 format. Gapless playing of mp3 from a CD is very hard to
