Well, when you looked at the im-config MP yesterday, no code for
removing 80im-switch was there actually. (Code for removing 80im-
config_launch was there, though.)

The file that needs to be removed is 80im-switch, isn't it?
debian/postinst in the im-config package contains code that normally
removes 80im-switch.
However, it's only removed if its md5sum matches one of the md5sums
