hi Daniel. I think it is a different issue. Let me try to explain my self..
bug 1090920 is about a window being moved so that part of it moves to another
workspace and stays there.
I made this report because the entire window moves when you change to another
workspace, and keeps moving if you
ctrl+alt+{4,6} (i.e. left right halves of the screen) works fine
