Public bug reported:

Running Feisty 7.04 32-bit, AMD dual processor, 2 gigs of RAM.

In System/Preferences/Sessions/Session Options, when the Automatic save
changes to session is checked, the next time I boot, the controls on all
the program windows are lost. The Save the current session works
correctly. The OS is now useless until this is fixed. When I re-boot
into the option where the scripts (Safe Mode, I think) are not run, I'm
left with desktops clean. And all works as it should.

Thanks for a great OS and for looking into this Feisty problem.
