The attachment "bzr_verify_signature_verbose_fix.patch" seems to be a
patch. If it isn't, please remove the "patch" flag from the attachment,

the GPG subsystem into plain ASCII format strings. Changed the format
strings to be UTF as well. His test branch seems to work fine now.
