I have moved the file from /usr/share/apport/ and the error has stopped.
Now watching if there are any more system freezes.
If there are any, I will report them.
Thanks a lot!

The bug reporting window showed that it was located in
/usr/share/apport/
I have not had any issues on 12.04.2 LTS Precise with Quantal kernel and
Xserver. I don't think this is the best solution. However the bug
report was telling me that the file was from xserver-xorg-video-inte

How did you delete it? Will it affect me if I delete it?

Title:
continusly apport send me error crash even
The error appeared after installing Hardware enablement stack;
sudo apt-get install --install-recommends linux-generic-lts-quantal
xserver-xorg-lts-quantal libgl1-mesa-glx-lts-quantal
The error reporting tool said that bug could not be reported because
apport-gpu-error-intel.py was from xserve
The problem still occurs with the following kernel:
$ apt-cache policy linux-image-3.5.0-27-generic
linux-image-3.5.0-27-generic:
Installed: 3.5.0-27.46
Candidate: 3.5.0-27.46
Version table:
*** 3.5.0-27.46 0
900 http://mirror.umd.edu/ubuntu/ quantal-updates/main amd64 Packages
I am also facing the same issue, but I can be very sure that this
problem was triggered when I was using netbeans and programming in JAVA.
Does Java and this issue has anything in common

Same on a Dell XPS 13 (older version) running 12.04LTS.
Allowed system to update last night and WHAM.
GPU hang messages, and one full system hang so far!

Reverting to 3.5.0-25 did it here. Stability went from this:
$ ls -1 /var/crash/
xserver-xorg-video-intel.2013-03-28_05:55:18.148579.crash
xserver-xorg-video-intel.2013-03-28_05:55:19.384073.crash
xserver-xorg-video-intel.2013-03-28_06:36:24.649020.crash
xserver-xorg-video-intel.2013-03-28_06:36:2
I'm not sure this is a kernel problem.
I remember this problem started for me after installing updates, including the
3.5.0-26 kernel, but reverting to 3.5.0-25 did not helped, in my case.
I'm now using gdm and xfce instead of lightdm and unity, and at least
the error reports are not showing up.
Could be a kernel problem. I went back to 3.5.0-25 to get a stable system again.

After latest round of updates (including a kernel), I am seeing this
too. My laptop seems to be running sluggish and also the CPU fan is
churning a lot more than normal.

I receiving crash event too. It happened with 2 PC's in our office after

sometimes when mouse moves.
Stopping or restarting apport service doesn't help.
We're tried to install new ubuntu, but after updates this repeated.

I am also continuously receiving the apport-gpu-error-intel.py crash
event. I am using a Lenovo T520 with an Intel video chipset. This
occurred just after the last kernel update, which I installed today

P.S. my var/crash is similar but slightly different, I get:

I seem to be seeing a very similar issue on 12.04LTS after taking the
latest update (everything was fine before that). I was getting
graphical corruption, the apport-gpu-error-intel.py crash report, and
the machine would hang.
I think this may be the same issue as reported on the forum

Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.
