System: Kubuntu 12.10
KDE versions tested: 4.10.0 , 4.9.x, 4.8.x


After every log out, the cursor theme is changed back to the default theme 
"oxygen white", no matter what cursor theme i have choosen. 

The  corrrect cursor theme inside the systems-settings-dialog for cursor
themes is always marked - but wrong if it isn't "oxygen white".

It happens on all tested KDE SC versions.
