[Bug 112478] gnome-theme-manager hangs selecting glossy theme

Public bug reported: I have a fresh installation of feisty. If I select Glossy theme the UI slowly hangs. The only thing I can do is ctrl+alt+backspace to quit from X. After that I have to remove .gconf directory to be able to log in again. ** Affects: Ubuntu Importance: Undecided
