Public bug reported:
When an application is running as maximized, and the minimization icon
on the title bar is clicked, the application is seen to minimize but
then apparently, immediately re-maximizes itself.
I have two screens and an app is maximized on (any one of) the two
screens.
If I open another app from the launcher, it will open normally and the
misbehaving app window will then minimize again by itself.
Two apps in which I have seen this happen are VirtiualBox and Remmina.
I'm logging this bug against "Unity" because I do not know what
component may be causing the bug. The release is Ubuntu 12.10.
