The bug wouldn'taffect VGA+DVI as this would be 2 digital outputs.
The HD 6450 only support analog output on the VGA and only Digital on the
DVI/HDMI.

Joseph, I tried the last upstream kernel but the bug is still there. It
may be worth noting that the uncorrectly initialized screen is always
the one attached to VGA.
