Public bug reported:
The network Manager applet crashes (fails ungracefuly) when a VPN
connect attempt fails.
In crashing it disappears from the tool bar.
Network manager as a concept is clearly a step in the right direction as
it will greatly assist those less able. 10 out of 10.
The stability though leaves the question of whether it will dispoint
those less able (having et expectationa) and encourage them to stay as
is (not ubuntu) or look elsewhere. ouch.
