Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-terminal
I was trying to install Automatix2 using the lines from this website: http://www.getautomatix.com/wiki/index.php?title=Installation#Installing_Automatix2_on_.28K.2 The lines I copied and pasted were: echo "deb http://www.getautomatix.com/apt feisty main" | sudo tee -a /etc/apt/sources.list (this was line 1) wget http://www.getautomatix.com/keys/automatix2.key (this was line 2) gpg --import automatix2.key (this was line 3) gpg --export --armor E23C5FC3 | sudo apt-key add - (this was line 4) sudo apt-get update (this was line 5) sudo apt-get install automatix2 (this was the last line) I think it was line 5 when I started having problems. the terminal was saying that wget is not known in line 40 in source list /etc/apt/sources.list. Being very new to unix I don't even know what that means or how to resolve/reverse it.
