Hello all. This issue was re-reported as bug 1603463, and I found this
while researching. Turns out the error message with the typo is located
in apport, not ubiquity. I've suggested a patch for it over on
[Expired for ubiquity (Ubuntu) because there has been no activity for 60
days.]

I grepped multiple combinations of both the cehcking string the
specific error contains an error etc etc etc. It doesn't appear this
error message exists in this package.

Hmm... I've tried grepping ubiquity source tree, source package and
debian code search http://codesearch.debian.net/search?q=cehcking but I
can't seem to find where that string is misspelled.
