Sorry for my delay. We must know your hardware. To do it we can use a
command line. To learn some about how you can use the ubuntu command
line you can see this:

Sorry. I didn't understand well your question. In ubuntu there is not a
add hardware tool. In Ubuntu the hardware is recognize by the kernel
without any tool. Thanks
