I've reinstalled kdebase-data, but it doesn't work!

But I've installed kde 3.5.8 on my feisty fawn.

This bug is caused by kdebase-data not installing a file it should due
to config protection. The specific file is /etc/xdg/menus/kde-
applications-merged/kde-essential.menu
It is easy to fix by puge/reinstal
