Arrgh, yes I missed the gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly. I already thought in
that direction but missed it somehow.
Now it works fine. I'm really excited about rygel. Especially in
combination with bubbleupnp (and bubbleupnp server).
Probably I write some other question to the rygel mailing list :-)
There was a simple solution to my problem. No bug anymore.

You're most likely missing the mp3 parsers/codecs from gstreamer.
installing gst-plugins-good, -bad, -ugly and -ffmpeg (Rygel 0.16.x) or
-avcodec (Rygel = 0.17) should fix this.
