Public bug reported:
Edubuntu currently ships with a server squashfs and matching integration
bits in the installer. However edubuntu-server won't ship in 13.04 as
it's not quite ready yet (and not fully in the archive anyway).
We'd therefore like to turn off those bits of the cdimage build process
and do the required changes to edubuntu-live to disable the server
support until 13.10.
