I'm running Ubuntu 13.04 and I don't have a
/usr/lib/libbfd-2.23.1-system.so on my system. I have a
/usr/lib/libbfd-2.23.2-system.so, so I ran:
sudo ln -s /usr/lib/libbfd-2.23.2-system.so
/usr/lib/libbfd-2.23-system.so
and now grive is working again.

I'm running Ubuntu 13.04 and I don't have a
/usr/lib/libbfd-2.23.1-system.so on my system. I have a
/usr/lib/libbfd-2.23.2-system.so, so I ran:
sudo ln -s /usr/lib/libbfd-2.23.2-syst
The version that is available through the default repositories is out of
date. It installs an earlier version (grive 0.2.0-1). You can update to
a newer version which seems to free of any bugs:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:nilarimogard/webupd8
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install grive
I
Error:
grive: error while loading shared libraries: libbfd-2.24-system.so:
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Solution:
sudo ln -s /usr/lib/libbfd-2.24.90-system.20141014.so
/usr/lib/libbfd-2.24-system.so
